Post-Jam Update


Major changes:

  1. Re-did most assets for tiles, character and animations, and re-made levels with new mechanics based on voter reviews. 
  2. Introduced Legacy Mode where you can play the original levels (mostly, with minor graphic changes due to disorganized assets lol).

Bugfixes:

  1. Fixed players getting soft-locked at the top-left section of Level 8 on Legacy Mode.
  2. Fixed character visible on the pause menu.
  3. Fixed loud sound effects.

QOL:

  1. Made color stacking tips easier to see.
  2. Add some tutorial texts.
  3. Attempted to map controller input for character movement but I don't think it's working :/ 
  4. Allow exiting nested overlaid menu with the Escape key i.e. Levels in the Pause Menu.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with how this project turned out even though the implementations are far from perfect but the point of joining the game jam in the first place is to force myself to learn new things within a time limit :D.
